Dave has worked at the forefront of health, education and wellbeing for many years. In business, he is extremely passionate about providing the highest level of quality and customer care, that exceeds expectation.

You’ll also see Dave in his spare time coaching football to a wide range of people from children to seniors.

Tracey has been with the company since 2022 and is enjoying the experience coordinating the training programmes.

After several years working in the NHS, she appreciates the flexibility KWF offers, which fits in well with her busy life - teaching dance and Zumba and keeping up with her teenage children.

Becky is a qualified Learning & Development professional, Teacher/Trainer, and Complementary Therapist with a passion for education and mental wellbeing. She has extensive experience in the Adult Social Care sector across L&D, HR, Recruitment, Customer Service and Marketing.

Outside work, Becky enjoys family time, reading, crafting, and is a fan of Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Supernatural TV series.

Louise is a qualified accountant who has worked in practice since 2007 and has been with KWF since 2022, where she particularly enjoys the client-facing aspects of her role.

​

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and has explored many countries, including solo trips. She has a taste for challenges - having completed skydives, bungee jumps, and a marathon - and also enjoys cooking, baking, and property renovation.

​

Her most important role is being a busy mum to three daughters who keep her very active outside of school hours.
