Watford FC CSE Trust have been working in partnership with Knights Way to offer individuals with Mental health issues an opportunity to take part in football and become active.

The sessions help to keep me fit. I enjoy meeting up with others and the banter is good fun. I do think that some of the exercises help to keep me mentally alert.
Dave has adapted the sessions very well to our ages and various abilities. The exercises vary each week and are fun.
